Transferring VIP status?

over the time playing this game i have entered 3 diffrent servers. mainly to get use to the game and to move to my time zone. but i am about vip2-4 in each of these. i no longer use two of these accounts can you get the VIP controbution moved to the 3rd account?

Have new person and want transfer to him VIP 5.
