After taking the reward for the arena ranking (at that time my rank was 23) the prestigue was added accordingly, so that I should meet the requirements for the next rank, when I checked the rank list, the upgrade button was deactivated and the prestige counter started counting from what should be the left over from my upgrade, but I didn't do the upgrade, the system simply skipped the level.
The "Receive Salary" button at the division rank list is also deactivated.
