How do you clear that. Been trying can't seem to get it.

You also need to have a female partner in the group that doesn't die.

Like Pot mentioned, the main thing is making sure Renji does 30% total damage plus 2 characters need to survive with one being a female.  Check the Battle stats to check how much damage Renji is doing.

my main has no Equip, or Acces.

Try removing personal mod soul, changing main mod soul to weakest one and switching off all hollow souls from main.

What skill is your main using?  Make sure it is not the attack all skill.  You may also need to wait until you get better buffs/debuffs for the stage or refresh them.  Look for things that boost Renji's dmg/atk like physical atk/dmg up and phys def down or things that nerf your main like kido atk/dmg down and kido def up.
