yeah, cause whenever I think something similar happens, I find that the payment never actually went through so I have to re-order it (the money never got charged). As Mylar is saying, I think you should check whether your order was fully paid for. check your payment source, and see. I would suggest using PayPal.. that's what finally had to use to top up on my acc. i got the receipt that shows that i bought it Edited by [email protected] at 2018-3-6 15:46
