black screen

i now started but i can't play because I  get a black screen everytime

I am 70% sure its because of your browser, I bet you were playing and the screen suddenly turned black, you tried to refresh a lot of times but nothing happened. To fix that you need to open up a new tab and go to the game from that tab. that happens to me a lot.
