I want replace bazz-b but by who for PVP?

Replace Bazz b because not immune fury deduction, chaos, he's slow...
BBW up muken with shield, % Attack, speed, and heal all team, decrease break defense,
Haschwalt shield all the team, immune chaos, heal team, increase def
Uryu -30% heal and boost crit
I don't know who is better, and i ask to community I think Uryu with katen is better (i don't have it)
Maybe i go on kyoka later with BBW and Muken

IMO bazz b is still good with that dmg deal, however if u wanna change it
the answer is what do u wish to accomplish? all three suggesitons u put are immune to fury deduc, so the answer is elswhere,
Do u need a defensive partner? ur answer is hach by his skill and mods he's ur pick
Do u need an offensive one? forget hach focuys on bwb or uryu.
good side of BWB is gonna make ur assaulters shine even more, however ur vanguard will become questionable (downside)
Uryu , if u make kenpachi go first full fury i think u have something interesting however a 1 3 1 team? i do personnaly suggest at least 2 supp one crowd control and one buff/debuff team player
to sum up i vote for ishida as demeenen said, BWB can make ur vg useless since u want to keep kenpachi; or u plan to outspeed bwb with ur vg wich is kind hard. Oh they change Uryu, Additionally increase ignore "Defense" and Crit Damage by 40% (When Muken Aizen in battle, it will simultaneously increase the same effect for him), now ignore def, before it's increase penetration, now it's better but
When Sternritter Uryū Ishida is in battle, decrease all enemies' max HP by 30% (Effect stays after death), death mod NOOOOOO,
so now i think it's better BWB, I use kenpachi in 2nd turn, for buff Attack and crit, and for +20% Attack and death mod
Yeah you have right BWB up only Muken and Main;P;P;P, and is heal not good with ken death mod
DILEMMA :@ personnaly i do prefer BWB however this partner imo is even better n shows his efficiency when he has 3 assaulters before him n since generally assaulter are slower than support making him start first is easy plus that 40% speed buff to assaulter if i recall well after he skills is just amazing;
since u using a vanguard (i do too) idk if BWB well make the vg shine or they gonna just play in the same team without team player, idk if i make sense just woke up :D
