Nope, that doesn't consider as weak. It's close to what Bambietta has and I remodel it just so it gets close to where her comrades are.

She can be weak, and cheap so lower VIP can afford it.

now this a is a nice looking partner (he is top 3 sterns so he will obviously be more op in stats) ...

naw mod 6 is everytime you hit him, decrease the guy who hit him with 25% hit rate. I am doing that so people with lower hit rate got a chance to fight back. 7th mod is plain for PvP lol. Normal attack is too main stream. This guy is specifically deal with stacked partners, plus... he is a sniper, so target would hit singularly HARD.

Not bad, mod 4 is kinda hard to code lol, you can make it 20% chance to clear self debuff.

for mod 5, exclusive skill already apply poison, it won't stack anyways, so kind of a waste.

for mod 2, can be allies increase 20/30% Def.

good skills overall, I like how you blend the story with the skills/bonds like that.
