I doubt she will show up again, at least in the near future, especially by how big of a deal they make it sound. I play with Zabimaru on a relevantly new server so getting Katen at this point is a must. I can't keep playing with Zabimaru for god knows how much more time and I have no plan to top-up any further.
Orange partners might show up after we get black partners idk xD Sounds like a fantasy for now but yeah we can only hope. This kind of UBPs will surely make the game more lively and will require more thinking since you will have huge deals but you will have to decide whether you really want that specific partner when the next one could be your dream assaulter (HVI maybe?! ;P).

Katen should be no more than 55k , you need a pretty big cannon team to use it fully on the first round . Kyoka is always there , muken can compensate the assaulter spot ( maybe some decent assaulter from the red ones will show) , although it is not entirely free , at some point you will be able to clear some rows in csb and collect some inf. stones.
