Protect Seireitei.

Okay so I'm pretty sure this event is almost as useless as GW but still I want to get the most out of it. Is it optimal to alternate being attacking/defending sides, or to just continually dominate as the defender?
Trying to get most out of exp, not necessarily guild boxes or stuff.

only the defending side gets the bonus...  defending is always better...

its pointless you can 1 hit the gate does not even go inner gate its just game over
