Random people... I don't know anyone else, server's dead lol, no other people who would either(coz they don't really play Bleach much).
The more the people I have to choose from, the more the chance there is someone there who I would pick for the account.

I would have to test a pilot, if you're good enough for that, I'd have to test you for the account itself.
If you are not for either one, then it depends on me to keep you or not.
