She and some others are fixing the scale problem .
Now this problem is fixed with slower release of the new partners and slower growth .
Many players want the newest partner to counter all the partners before him , but if partners like that
come every 1 or 2 months you won't have even the time to upgrade it or play with it .
Also those who spend money to get advantage will be mad if the partner they just bought will be destroyed
by the new partner in the next month .

Yes, fixing the scaling problem by being the most useless partner possible and not even working as advertised.
Crapping out useless partners instead of being niche partners (like Isane Kotetsu) or developing new features for the game to get more monies is always the way.
Recent partners haven't been complete counters to other partners.
