BUG: "Cool Events" Reward not registering - Spirit Stone Synthetize
Hello!My server just entered its second week, and one of the new events is the "Spirit stone synthetize", where you get a decent gift for getting 6 level 7 spirit stones of a given kind.
Well, I had syntethized (during the server's first week) some stones already. You can see in the screenshots below:
6 Strength stones (lv. 7):
Also, 12 Wisdom stones (lv. 7):
However, as you can see below, the rewards are not registering:
The game does not "register" my spirit stones.
Please help me find a solution for this. Thank you!

p. s. If we needed to keep the stones at level 6, and only upgrade them to lv7 after the first week - well, that's not cool... Could you review that policy? Thanks!

You cannot get reward if you synthesize the spirit stones before the event
This makes no sense... in the description of the event it says if you synthesize these following spirit stones this many times during the event you can get the reward, one of those things you have to do when the event is actually going on to get the reward for it Well, although I don't agree, thanks for the feedback! no one agrees .. but for me on a new server now goes the same
but as u wrote on your own
the event is named spirit stones "synthesize" ... most important here is
synthesize ... it means u have to synthesize the stones .. when the event is up ...
