In case you used AmoPay, there is a thread saying you will get your money back in one month or so, but to make things faster, you can go to your bank and ask to transfer money back into your account.

You should wait about two or three days, and see if you get your gold, in case you did not receive it, go to your bank and do what I suggested you to, even if you did not use AmoPay.

its the same thing happened to me. i used payment wall for the first time and boom. my gold was there, i received it, but on the second time i top up, it deducted my points on cherry credits and saying that the transaction was successful but didn't receive any gold until now for that top up :(
