Pretty sure the shield cleans the fossilize... Perhaps this has changed, but I know it does one year or two ago with Katen.
Keep in mind that if Noza skills,breaks the shield before he puts the fossilize then of course you get the debuff, Noza is an offensive vanguard, he can easily breaks the shield in one snap.

ok so there is a setting (une variable) sry for my french that may destroy the shield even if it's already triggered
so for all i know : shield growth is base on physical attk IE : at 100 ; shield gr 50% ; special HP bar 50 then
if the attk of ennemy plus his passive buff debuf is larger than the 50 up there u get poisonned burn etc ?

Fossilize was generally cleared by shield, but something was special about Nozarashi. You know how they sometimes have those copies of the same buffs/debuffs for some reason. Maybe it's changed, but someone with Noza and shield has to check.
It went through shield. Shield was still intact.

It was before, but your battle report helped inspire me to investigate it further since it's the first time I noticed it with my own eyes.
The caster's stats always determines the shield HP. All attack buffs count toward the shield HP calculation, including Kokuto's mod.

So I guess yeah, since Assaulter's attack buff is always better than Supporter's attack buff, I guess this is why Assaulter has more Shield HP while Supporter has less. I don't think it counts towards to Supporter's physical atk. That would be too minimal. No?

It does count toward supporter's physical attack, though. The number matched up perfectly in each test case. 70% sure that's a mistake by the developers, however. Support attack and buffing is already much lower than assaulters as you are saying and then to make it physical attack would be dumb.
