supporters not healing very much

Everyone else's supporters heal them in the 6-7k hp range, but mine is in like the 500 hp range. I'm using Nemu, but I've seen other's Nemus heal pretty decent hp. How can I boost my supporter's heal ability? Am I doing something wrong?

Well save up and get Orihime Inoue, she heals better then Nemu due to stat growth. As Aristeaus said, Wisdom is basically the only way to really push up the healing amount. Best refines would be Wisdom/Agi for your support. Then Spirit stone wisdom and lastly level up wisdom treasure (Hogu).
