Reio Fury Stones...
For the low VIPs looking to T1 a team... it takes time for sure, but probably 80% of my fury stones came from Reio Guardian... $5 per month and a few hoops to jump through... also, I've got 8% from enchant on 3 of them, and 0 fury from evo on 3 of them...http://bleachjf.gametrees.com/fightreport/?rid=43912889623336387&aid=54&t=1&lang=en_US

Yeah and after yesterdays 8 fury stones from shop right now I have 4 partners that are pure t1 (VIP4). Only Shunsui has 5 fury from evo but he doesn't get fury from weapon :)

depends on several things.
1)fury bonus from evo
2)weapon skill (0, 4 or 8)

well, my Shinso has 8% from weapon enchant, 10% from evo, and he only needs 64% from stones if i recall... my main has 8% from enchant and needs 84% from stones to be T1...
with no evo, enchant, or mods, I think it's like 168 or some silly big number, lol
edit... 128 stated by guy above me is probably more accurate than my number above, lol
