Special War Powers Ulquiorra- Is he worth getting?

I've been wondering on who I should get next in Special War powers. I'm either thinking I should upgrade Renji or save the coins for getting Ulquiorra. I'd like to know the full stats besides the- Strength 1600 or HP- 1500 stuff. I would rather have the growth rate for Ulquiorra then I will be able to decide.

yes he worth, i replaced my ikkaku for ulqui, my ikkaku had already 4 mods and i just losted a bit (2k) bp. but won much more pvp power.

Ulquiorra is definitely better than both Renjis and Byakuya.

Disarm makes it where assaulters can't attack unless they have 100% fury.
