ultra hero has crap imo and at least to me, nothing good anymore, except for Hasch or kukaku. So... Bankai Power alone or not alone, it's still better.

all in all, it comes to what u're looking to get ; imo both ar now equivalent
before i found bargain more appealing, now i admit bp is kinda good too for medium charge (4k gold)

No one look for expire stuff, people always want to look for new stuff if possible. Items given in Bankai Power can always be used, doesn't matter what you are looking for, unless you are like MAGES. *wink* who almost max everything.
