Gold/Coupon lost!!!

Server: EU 98
Issue: Just did the Guild war and i had 135 gold and after the GW i got 15 coupons. Randomly i had 100gold and 0 coupons for some reason.
This is not the first time that randomly gold dissapearing even small amunts. Can u please look it up and do something about it!
I hope you can help me fast because im not gonna spend money on a game that randomly bugs out and takes gold that makes people spend dollars on!
Thx for your support! Just noticed what happen so everybody can know, if u up auto-join on events it takes your gold/coupons 10-15 min earlier (sorry for the bad english ) !!
But look it up for other problems because this isint new for me or others that gold dissapeard frm the server 98!
