Formation help

So im level 50 and i need help on getting a good formation. My formation now is orihime (support), main, ichigo, and matsumoto(assaulters) and sado(vanguard). I have lisa and planning to get renji. How do you guys think i should change my formation? any help or additional advice is welcomed
