From what everyone is saying im guessing you need 250% dmg rate to deal any dmg at all.
not really tho lol! My HVI only have 244% and still can do a ton of damage :P

Yes really.Kokuto pumps him up to 284%.

I'm not sure if if it really increases his damage rate by 40% or if it just increases his final damage by 40%. I forget now.

Well I guess that could be about right considering I should have 270% with shy nemu bonus and can do ...
i feel that.i dropped from 500m-1b per hit to 51m per hit lol.thats 10x-20x less lol.

Ok dude seriously..No offense but if i say i used isane and i didnt do any dmg why would i lie about it and confuse people even more???Furthermore if i used isane and did damage why would i make a thread about muken doing 0 dmg in void while believing its a bug?I used isane.Did no dmg.Switched to Toshiro just to test the freeze.Still no dmg.

It increased the total output damage for Yhwach's mods. I'll have to check again later.
