daily activity help

hi i am lvl 85 and i am looking to increase the damage i deal. my battle power is 279142(also looking to increase it) my reiatsu is 40 and i have fully upgraded my zabimaru(pve) and kazeshini(pvp/normal battles) my current evil spirit/ryoka team is renji, main, ikkaku,kisuke and rukia. my rukia and renji have been fully modified. i am looking to replace renji with someone stronger from the special war power section but i don't know which one will be better out of grimmjow or shin renji. if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated

SWP partner are really long to get, more than that they need to be upgraded to be really useful.
I tested shin grimmjow (result here) and unmodded (don't even think of modding him), he is on part with a full modded rangiku, (and i think shin renji isn't better). so if you don't plan to upgrad them, just wait for Zaraki.

with enchanting weapons is it better to go for piercing, increase damage rate or the angry enchant

For vanguard i generally take revive.
Else i take Soul blade (blue stone) or piercing (grey/green stone)
