mine is 10th skill gin retsu shini shinji and starrk Not sure without seeing the fight, but maybe u have to analyse the battle a bit.
For example ...
- are u slower or faster
- try to change the speed of ur healer so he will heal at another time
- try a vanguard zanpakuto jizo or tengen myoo or go for full dmg with zabimaru
- try to stun with yuruichi, when u have her instead of retsuo
...
