Yesterday i registered and played for around 3-4 hours and then i turned off my computer, today im trying to log in into the same account that i played yesterday but for some reason i need to make a new char and i cant play the online,this problem has occured elsewhere, can you fix this ffs ?Are you sure you are at the right server? I've had a character for 3 days on server 29 name was Kawase Mizuki, I poured my heart and soul on getting her strong, I lost her today not long ago. well try the server 28 if your char is there. yea im having the same problem
It's a high chance your logging into the wrong server. Check the URL at top and make sure /server is correct.
If that don't work, try logging onto servers around the one you "thought" you was on, maybe you wrote it down wrong? Last ditch effort would be to try logging into every server one by one till you find it, and if it is indeed gone, contact support. same problem here. my character i created yesterday is gone too.. :( the mods advice was right.. just found the right server. thank you :) and sorry for my useless post QQ QQeule replied at 2014-8-17 03:12 static/image/common/back.gif
