Zampakuto upgrade

What lvl does my Reiatsu need to be to upgrade my Zanpakuto from Bankai to Hogyoku-kai because my Reiatsu lvl is 23?

Pao... its lvl 35 for zabimaru... There is nothing I can think of that has a requirement of lvl 60 reiatsu.

reiatsu level should be gold for that , means after reiatsu level 40 .
