Having 2 gb of ram i don't have any problems with this game using ppapi-plugin (meaning any chromium-based browser works fine).
However npapi-plugin doesn't work fine for me. Somehow it freezes a lot and take too much of cpu time. So, firefox and its forks can't do this game properly, at least last time i checked it.

Instead of buying the ram which in a long run if you sell your PC would be a waste of money, use the pendrive to create a virtual ram it will work perfectly.

Yes but recently released firefox version uses the same split cap usage of ram by running multiple and parallel processes of the same EXE. So now you can use fox too just it heats up the chip more than chrome.
Try 3GB everything runs smooth as silk and more space to do more simultaneously.

EXE? Do you sugest to run firefox through wine? :o:funk:buying the ram which in a long run if you sell your PC would be a waste of money
Try 3GB
I see a contradiction :lol
Besides it's not lack of ram that slows down firefox. I have 4 gb of ram on a laptop and still firefox works awfully with this particular game (as well as palemoon. waterfox does slightly better).
Anyway everything (aside from firefox) runs smooth as silk on a pc with 2 gb of ram, so i can continue using chromium and have nothing to worry about.

No contradiction:P I wasnt clear enough i think, i suggested him/her not to invest any in PC (if using an old one) instead a way out if he/she wants to buy a new one in future. Using pendrive as VR was the way out.

And yes chrom still beats fox in this one least.

Usually there's swap partition (or file) on hdd.... What's the point of using pendrive as VR, especially on an old PC (meaning no usb 3.0 around)?

I think the problem is not ram. for being updated and secure in windows I need so much better hardware while it is free in linux.
IMO your suggestion is temporary because microsoft will update windows regularly and someday even 4 gig ram would be not enough
