Why cant i buy sets in CSB shop?

They uppdated stuff in CSB shop and i decided to get few 130 accesory sets from it. I have enough challenge stones, but it forces me to top-up. Is it a bug or are challenge stones useless now?

EU is bugged right now with CSB so you cannot buy anything from there.
