I can't find my character in EU S231....
All characters from the server 221-235 are lost, I sent a ticket about this already, you gotta wait for the fix, and I believe this the only server who failed to merge among the other merges

General.
4 servers are merged into 211 - 262, which are :
211 - 220
221 - 235
236 - 250
251 - 262
The merge did go through well, except that 221 - 235 got shafted somewhere else instead of merging, when you try to log in one these servers, you log in the 211 - 262 but not the original 221 - 235.
If you want the short explanation, the 221 merged with the three others is just an empty shell and not the real one, but I guess the explanation was clear enouhg lol

This is the BP ranking from 211, Kida Harue is originally from 236 but Ghost Yojimbo, Nanako and Souda Raiden are from 221 and don't appear there.

i see( got kinda clear to me) though ill keep pushing them so i can get my character back as i could stil see it in the ToT on my server rn (EU s233) so it should be possible though....
but as your explanation states that the server i was in is now a empty shell... even though its empty theres still the shell that contains data ;)

on behalf of some people i know; id like to see ghost yojimbo and Genjuro back too both are originally from EU s221 merged into S233/S234 and are lost into the same void i am in.... able to be seen in tournament of throne but not accesible

OKAY listen carefully, all you have to do is to find the mysterious girl to get the twilight bracelet, with the bracelet you can data drain the monsters you encounter to get the viruses, those are needed for the gate hacking, when succefully hacked, you are able to enter in an area normally inaccessible, there you might find your friends.
