True Shikai Ichigo - The Dominators event bug

Hi, my in game name is Golbat, im playing on sv US S 569, today i just bought True Shikai Ichigo from The Dominators event for the 16k Gold, i got the Hogu lvl8 but i didn't got the True Shikai Ichigo :( .
