i bought the shinigami agent rewards and re-topped up to get the shinigami agent title but i didn't receive it, help please..

Stones are quickly farmed. i get at least 5 stones a day at ryoka. but titles are rare and unique ;) believe me there are many people who are also collectors. and they also collect titles.
