They are both strong zanpakuto, have you seen the stats this zanpakuto gives? He makes your HVI team much stronger... actually. You can run your no-VG team.
Oh, if the bankai power shop has Kugo Ginjo, you can buy him from there. I am not sure if they update the bankai power shop yet. In this list of event, you might be able to get Ichimonji and Kugo at the same time. This list of event is the best time to top up. You will get tons of stones and extra stuff. =]
