Freeze is the biggest problem that unbalance the game right now, even IF there are 90% of the post here talk about freeze, it's really not a surprise.
I got some news back from the dev team:
1. Hollow Soul Converter - Non-Do-able. There wont be any changes to improve hollow soul part, let alone the converter. It's part of the game to test how you manage your hollow soul.
2. Zanpakuto Fortify Fragments Inherit Option - Do-able. They will add this option, just need some time to code it.
3. Improve prizes gained from buffed ryoka (wave 70+) - Do-able. Suggestion of reasonable prizes would be great. Please give me what you guys want, I will pass it on.
4. In the future, All UBP Prizes will be added to Accelerated Modify for 1 cycle - Do-able. I just need to remind them everytime before the event starts.
5. Adjustment on Inferno Stones - Do-able. We will be discussing the amount of inferno stones given out in each ranking. Pending...
6. Nerf HVI's ultimate mod to only PvP - Non-Do-able. We nerf Muken, because he is a free partner, HVI is not a free partner, so we will keep it that way.
7. Nerf Askin's Toxic to only PvP - Non-Do-able. Same answer as HVI nerf.
8. Notification Bar ON/OFF button - Non-Do-able. There's only 3 rows and we don't want players to miss important notification for event because they might forget to turn it back on.

Okay, we need suggestions on what should the prizes for Ryoka wave 70+ will be.
Here is my suggestion: 2 to 5 asauchi, 2 to 5 exclusive fragments, double silver, and level 3 spirit stones. We leave out epic material chests and souls.
Anymore suggestions?

I agree with those, 2 Asauchi and 2 exclusive fragments sounds good. yummmm double silver. But I would like soul still, in case we release 6th soul map in the future. :D

What are u trying? Reduce inferno stones in every row? Did we wanted that, you cant get myself everything.
This will kill people and make people quit again. When tsuki appers ,many eu players like 20+ already left.
Better make poll thread if everyone wanna reduce inferno stones.
If you win, then bleach will be down forever if poeple quit and people will start crying about stupid update and wanna rеfund. Stupid monkey.

Explain why they would have shinigami tokens scaled by ranking but not overpowered inferno stones? Does that really make any sense at all? It was out of laziness that they set it up that way in the first place.
People may quit, but that's the developers' faults for breaking the game in the first place.
There is all this complaining about Mukens and Inferno stones breaking everything, but when it finally comes time to fixing the problems with the game, people will complain, anyway.
