to answer ur question , it depends on ur partners for example i put fury stones on support + some strengh stones; my assaulter are more about wisdom stones n block; it gives u some extra unnatural stats, support more physical defense n assaulters more kido def, for my vanguard mostly some agility and useless dodge stones :lol
