Simply get the phase 3 fortification for Hikifiune and/or Senjumaru for the 100% extra critical damage, plus 160% from the buff and finally 20% from enchantement.

i think phase 3 is too much for me i stopped after phase 2 didn't notice i had 230% crit dmg.
so it is ichibe don't know if i should get him or wait for noza but if the next ubp is better then i'll wait :)

I only know this only 1 way to get the level update. You rent from Karakura town as rented with same level as your main, then get him from UBP, then open him up to permanently own him.
If you dismiss your currently owned Ichibe, then rent him, you will never permanently own him because you technically delete your character. It will only shown as rented character.
Correct me if I am wrong, anyone.

Muken not always can one shot the entire team, it really depends on how you build your team, and what you are using. =]
