brazil doesn't give out partners, it's just cheaper to do so. France is the one giving out partners (sdt and partners similar to his level)
I also agree with the second part of your comment to an extent. I think the game should have more for f2p, even though they still need to make their money. Otherwise the game is gonna die out. Whether or not we do one or the other depends on the devs, but if we did offline events we'd have to have a more active forum first.

Why else would I want to push for offline event? Give fair chances for both f2p and p2w to win some decent prizes. Once players know they can win free stuff from offline events, forum will be more active. News pass on fast, unless you are trying to f your friends over.
