None wait for UBP save vits and dont be so anxious to get strong faster. Build your base and grow on that.
Since you are Vip 4 now try to clear H. mondo and get coupons for Kenpachi Swp. By the time you reach lvl (required condition) you will also have his coupons collected.
Also toshiro from SWP is good for low lvl
