Thanks for your report, we managed to fix the issue. I didnt notice it at first lmao.
They didnt make the change to break def and accidentally fixed it. They were going to change the physical atk attribute and replace it with break def only for HVI. As we put more info and testing into it, they found the bug came from the Phase bonuses, so they just switched it to break def since it isnt working anyways. But next update, it will turn to dmg rate 10%.
Who worked so hard and find out a solution about it? :P

Noboby would bitch to remove atk boost to add break def,its not an even trade.they just tried to ...
Don't worry about him, he doesnt even have the balls to say the name of that someone. We can always skip his comments as they are never constructive.

the sudden changes because when you take a character or zanpakuto you decide what you are going to be and then you change it to my opinion is not fair because it is not cheap and if you put one thing is to leave it because most people Have you taken ichimonji and do not like that now what do they do? Well wait for changes if not compromise and at no time I have been sarcastic if I am happy at least to get something more from damage rate

If they dont change it, the attribute bonus will not work, now it does, so it's the best solution. :D
I really wish it can stay as atk % too. I also have ichimonji.
