The enemies only have 50% immune rate now, so it won't make much difference raising damage rate with Noble Isane.
Something still seems bugged for me.

I think it's about the aid rate, but we need to keep it that way, or else high VIP players will hit it nice and hard, and we will be back in square one.

Yeah i don't know i have been testing it with Noble's DMG rate and Hikifune's ATK buff still no damage :(

If not we will be back to square one again, where all super power players can 1hko void region. You wont be able to do any damage. Right now Aid Rate is at 80%, I already asked them to lowered it because of a lot of players requested. It was at 100% before.

I didn't get any damage in until I used a defense debuff. It's possible the aid rate is affecting attack in some odd way that it's not supposed to.
