Nope, the stats granted by titles are capped, but if you thought they are not and show as "hidden" stats, you can always equip Triple Crown Champion (20% crit to assaulter) and see if your 90% crit assaulter can crit a a partner with 90% counter.

you said it like i'm on server with population, i'll never get that title ever... i see guild war as only 50 coupons i don't even have to enter just register... But hey lets put some new servers...

lol its very easy to get that title in a dead server, even great if u are soloing the GW, just make a 2 alt on dif GUILD w/ 400 coupons and spam them in GW vs your main, BOOM 100 kills in 2 mins , u have the Title triple crown champion. done it many times on my 5 accts
