Hyorimaru vs Sode No Kotowari

So, I have a lineup of Kirinji, MC, Koga, Isshin, and TSI. Right now I'm running Kotowari and I was thinking that I can pick up a free Hyrorinmaru from the Ultra since I'm planning to up 4k either today or tomorrow depending on the answer. Moreover is Isshin better or S Yoro is better?
