bug with Super gold wheel event?

Hey.
I topped up for 80$ yesterday, but havn't gotten any draw in the gold wheel? Im playing at EU S645.

Maybe i have missunderstood something, but shouldn't i get a draw for each 100 gold topup?

On the same day you top-up, you get up to 5 normal gold wheel spins for ever 200 gold topped up and 1 advanced gold wheel spin for topping up 1000 gold or more. They are not cumulative from day to day. If you topped up yesterday and did not spin yesterday, you will not get the gold spins at all.
