I think i figured out the strategy. It's simple - do not buy them. Makes sense tho.
I did mentioned it's not a good idea, but they said they don't want to simply improve the stats from the old ones and make it into new players.

I'm still not sure what, or if there is even a specific event that Sternritter Uryu comes in? I'd like to know, so I know what even to actually wait for :)
