no idea. trying to figure it out also... wish an admin could have a look and explain to us but ya that aint happening :'(
Based on experiences, the Mystic shop appears randomly once in a while. Whether this is an hourly chance, or a daily random chance, i'm unsure.

i havent had it even once :O
Ok so right after I did the exchange 900 vit today in reio I noticed the blueish soul/fire indicator thing around the blackmarket and when checked it the mystic shop was opened for me.
I did all the refreshes possible but all i saw was hogu enchances, modify frags for some of the event/swp/csb characters and a few other things but none were really noteworthy. I don't know if it was exchanging the 900 vit or what exactly did it for me but yeah, just wanted to let you guys know :D
P.S. I took a couple screenshots if anyone wants me to post them
so maybe the unlocking requirement is by exchanging vit to coupons but in limited time just like aida says
