BP nerfed after Soul Stone use.
I went to go upgrade a Soul Stone at Nemu. Once I replaced a lower level stone with a higher level stone and exited out of that menu my BP suddenly dropped. I took screenshots of the Cool Events menu to show what my Original BP was and a 2nd one to show it nerfed. Screenshots below.Before BP Nerf.

I need some help with this.
you took out a partner? title? using wrong gear on wrong partner? I didnt do anything but change out a Soul Stone. Thats it. I took off a level 3 and put a lvl 4 on a partner. Then I exited out of that menu and my BP just blinked and dropped. Afterwards. I tried unequpping everything and re-quiping. No change. I've noticed lately that if I make changes to my partners, I have to enter the partner screen in order for things to update correctly. Yeah. After Hogyoku upgrades you have to do that or it wont change. I actually figured out my problem. Oddly enough my Sado had come off my formation. Its just weird because I NEVER went into my formation screen and dragged him off. I fixed the problem though. int0xicatedddd replied at 2015-2-16 13:45 static/image/common/back.gif

For most changes yes. However, my Shinso Gin when I just logged off for 4 hours, randomly lost 8k BP. No changes or mods were made to him at all. Quite perplexed and irritated with the unexplained loss of BP.
