I got them from the first reio event back on my server in January.
@kukutan: it's +42 for strength, wisdom, and agility stats. +220 for stamina stat. If you were considering trading for them instead of the cyclone set...

if its + 42 per reinforce level, then its the same as a lvl 100 accessory aft spirit forge
what a waste lol.... in that case cyclone set will be much better
