Nanao is better for PvE dailies as she buffs damage

Nanao is better overall for everything, Momo is somewhat PvP biased, but in PvP you want Rukia and Orihime either way you look at it.

Momo is really usefull, you can pass with her and luck some trials, instances or king of hollow group battel :P
