Of course not, but I think B.Mayuri is better but why not release him? Bankai Mayuri can be far more powerful to release later than now. He is one of the best character in bleach, you really want to waste him right now? After that you have Moe/Fullbring Ichigo that can overpower him? No, Bankai Mayuri in TYBW is far more powerful than Fullbring Ichigo.
btw, even Ginjo afraid of Moe's power after he stole Ichigo's fullbring.
His power is something else.

I also kept this open to hear what you have to say, instead of just locking it. I give chances for people to prove their points. Others can jump in on this one too.
