What lvl can you see Shin Nel Tu tokens?

Just turned lvl 80 but can't see Nel tokens? Help please?

u got to lv up some more, i'm above lv1xx and still can't see aizen coupons xD

it shows up the next rotation i think. nel is 80+ uliquorra is 90+ just have to let it reset (which might not be at server reset but huecdo reset)
