Hueco Mundo Reset

I just clicked to reset my HUeco Mundo attack for the day and it said it was reset, however the stages stayed the same and I got a pop-up message in some Asian language. The reset chance was spent however. When I tried contacting support it just opened up Outlook which won't set up properly on my PC. Anyone know how to email them directly?

This has happened to me as well. It started Last friday night after reset. it's really ticking me off. I just need 40 more  Hueco Mundo coins so i can recruit Toshiro
