accelerate modify question

just wanted to know if the event of accelerate modify is bugged or should we get all three to get double fragments ? i really need gin fragments need to mod him faster so pls answer

Event is not working at all. So dont bother recruiting all partners that are in event.

the event is not done properly, its the same as before ie rukia, sajin gets the discount. they just copy pasted the gin/stark's images over, as expected from a bunch of kids :D
